Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors, general contractors, facility managers, and commercial customers
• Conduct in-person sales calls, jobsite visits, and product demonstrations
• Serve as a technical resource, recommending appropriate plumbing solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and pricing agreements
• Negotiate terms and close new business to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
• Stay current on plumbing codes, industry trends, and product developments
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

Qualifications

Required

• Plumbing background with hands-on field experience (journeyman or master plumber strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with contractors and decision-makers
• Strong sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into solutions
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory

• Prior experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
